Growing up in a family with roots in the garage door industry since the 1950s, Ryan learned the value of hard work early on. Before founding Quality Door & More in 2012, he spent a decade running his own installation business, giving him a unique understanding of the challenges faced by our clients. Known for his loyalty and ability to create win-win relationships, Ryan leads with dedication, encouraging his team to reach their full potential. Proudly married to his high school sweetheart, Sarah, and a devoted father to Charlee and Jaxon.

Kristen, our Office Manager, has been an essential part of our team since joining in 2021. Outside of work, she’s a proud mom to twins, Noah and Brooklyn, and has a deep passion for the outdoors. In Coleman, MI, you're likely to spot Kristen cruising around in her side-by-side with her fiancé, Cole, and the twins happily tagging along.

Zach moved from Florida in May 2024 to work alongside his childhood best friend, Ryan. Growing up together in Gaylord, they shared a love for golf. Zach is passionate about Jesus, the game of golf, and rooting for the Lions. He has a 12-year-old son named James - James is a cat.

Attentive, caring, and always focused on the client, Carrie has been a key part of our team since 2023. If you don’t hear her cheerful voice on the phone, she’s likely out pursuing her passion as a hairstylist. Carrie is the proud mother of Brad & Chase, and a devoted grandmother to Sadie.

Natalie, a third-generation family member in the business, is a vital part to our success. Passionate about solving client problems, she takes their success personally. Natalie is happily married to Dale and is a loving mother to Zach & Collin, along with being a proud dog mom to her husky, Mea, and silver lab, Mac. In the summer, you’ll likely find her camping at one of Michigan’s 1,000+ campsites.

Chad, our Warehouse Manager, has been working side by side with Ryan for over a decade. He still resides on his family’s farm, where he was born. His pride and joy is his dog Sophie, who holds the unofficial title of “Michigan’s Best-Looking Pitbull.”

Andrew has the honor of being the longest-tenured Quality Door & More employee. He is the nephew of Ryan and a proud fourth-generation family member working in the garage door industry. If Andrew ever left this industry, he would risk it all on his journey of becoming a professional disc golfer. He has a loving wife named Cheyenne, along with an amazing son named Logan.

Known for his flowing locks that seem straight out of biblical times, Chase is a customer-focused, dependable team member constantly improving his craft. When not learning about garage doors, Chase enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, Montana, and is a proud dog dad to an 8-year-old golden retriever named Z.

Jaden started his journey with Quality Door & More by working one day a week in the warehouse. His hard work quickly turned that opportunity into a permanent role, with even more growth ahead. Outside of work, Jaden is passionate about basketball, hanging out with friends, and looking after his two cats, Toodles and Zuri.

Kendle is the proud mom of Rylee and a loving wife to Cody. One of the newest additions to the Quality Door & More family, Kendle has fit in seamlessly and proven to be a valuable team member. She has become the adoptive mother to over 10 full-time outdoor cats here in Coleman. Her love and dedication to the neighborhood cats is an awesome example of what it means to be kind and caring to others.

Danny is married to Erica and a proud father of Cooper and Ayla. Having apprenticed under the owner, Danny has become one of our leading experts. When he’s off the clock, you can find him on the golf course, enjoying a cold beverage.

Haas, our beloved shop cat, has been part of the Quality Door & More team since 2021, when she joined us as a tiny kitten. Now 3 years old, Haas is living the dream life of any cat, splitting her days between assisting us in the office and enjoying outdoor adventures. At night, she takes on the role of nighttime security officer, keeping watch over the warehouse. Small in size but big in personality, Haas keeps the team entertained with her playful antics and is always ready for a cozy nap or a snack. Her unique charm and spirited nature make her an irreplaceable part of our family.
